I am a native North Carolinian and a graduate of Duke University and Seton Hall University School of Law. I worked for the NC Legislature in Raleigh prior to joining the Foreign Service. I served overseas in Dubai and Bombay where I met my husband Firoze. We moved to Washington in 1997 and I began working at WC & AN Miller Realtors in 2000. Firoze is a financial manager at Lockheed Martin in Lanham, MD. My husband and I live in Brookland (NE DC) with our two cats that detest each other and our nephew Todd. We are avid fans of Duke basketball, the Atlanta Braves and the Redskins. We also love theater and we have season tickets to several local companies. We really enjoy traveling. Our last overseas trip was to Rome and Florence in August 2007. I often substitute in a couple of bridge groups. We are active members of the United Nations Asssociation. We attend Christ Church Georgetown.
